We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and customer‐focused Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in client success and performance management. You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, timely, and successful implementation of STELLA’s solutions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Implementation, and Quality Assurance teams to gather required information, manage timelines, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You’ll also coordinate launch calls, anticipate obstacles, and ensure clients feel confident and supported from day one. - Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Follow established success procedures, protocols, and business processes
- Coordinate and collect all required information for a smooth onboarding experience
- Partner with Sales to obtain dealer implementation details (contacts, direct dial numbers, scheduling needs, expectations)
- Oversee contracts as they progress through the implementation phase
- Work with Implementation and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Schedule and lead dealership launch calls, including Performance Managers and Sales Executives
- Set clear delivery timeline expectations and communicate proactively
- Obtain necessary collateral and documentation to support implementation
- Vet all deliverables prior to launch
- Monitor delivery progress and follow up as needed
- Prepare accurate support tickets and follow through to resolution
- Serve as a liaison between enablement teams and dealerships
- Conduct professional, engaging communication via phone and email
- Meet onboarding and implementation timing SLAs
- Automotive industry experience is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‐oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Tech‐savvy and eager to learn new systems and processes
- Prior experience in customer service, project coordination, or dealership operations is a plus but not required
